Blue Cave is Croatian natural wonder located on the eastern side of the island Biševo, near island Vis. Cave is available to the public since 1884 when citizens of Vis opened the entrance through which today Port Authority takes visitors inside with a small motor rowing boat. Blue cave's natural entrance is below sea level so before people could only enter diving. From then until today the Blue cave has become number one destination for tourists from all around the world. What amazes its visitors is the natural phenomenon that creates magical blue glowing effect and silver shine. Blue cave is best to visit around noon when the sun creates impression of blue sky.
